Where we ship
The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and Spain. For Spain we ship to the mainland and the Balearic Islands. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or the United Kingdom.
What it costs
One price per country, whatever your order weighs. All amounts are in euros and include VAT, and you see the exact amount at checkout before you pay.

The free shipping threshold applies to your order total after any discount, so a subscription discount counts towards it.
Delivery times
We ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands on business days. Orders placed at the weekend are dispatched the next business day. Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking link with the expected delivery date.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays and peak periods can add a day or two.
Tracking
You get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link when your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Product availability by country
Not every product is available in every country. Anything you cannot add to your cart is not currently available where you are.
Something wrong with your delivery
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time, or arrives damaged, email wegotyou@rebelalike.com with your order number.
