The guarantee
Try us. If the diapers or wipes are not right for your baby, we refund your first order. Opened packs included. You keep what is left, there is nothing to send back.
This is a promise we make on top of your legal rights, not instead of them.
HOW DOES THE GUARANTEE WORK?
- Email us at wegotyou@rebelalike.com within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and one line about what did not work.
- Keep the pack. Nothing goes back in the post. Use it, or pass it on to someone who can.
- Money back in full, on your original payment method, within 5 business days.
First order, once per household. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Shipping
We ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands on business days. You’ll see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you pay.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We currently ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and Spain, including the Balearic Islands.
We don’t currently ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or the United Kingdom.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders leave our warehouse in the Netherlands on business days. Orders placed during the weekend ship on the next business day.
As soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.
WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping rates and free-shipping thresholds depend on where your order is going:
Netherlands €5.95. Free from €50.
Belgium €6.95. Free from €50.
Germany €6.95. Free from €50.
France €11.95. Free from €100.
Spain, mainland €14.95. Free from €100.
Balearic Islands €29.75. Free from €300.
The free-shipping threshold is based on your order total after discounts, so your subscription discount still counts towards it.
Small print
Returning an unopened pack
Changed your mind? Unopened packs in their original sealed condition can be returned within 14 days under your statutory right of withdrawal. You pay the return postage. Email us first with your order number.
Why opened packs cannot be returned
Diapers and wipes are sealed hygiene goods, so once a pack is opened it cannot go back into stock. That is a statutory exception. The guarantee goes further than the law on your first order: there we refund opened packs too, and you keep them.
Something arrived damaged or wrong
Email wegotyou@rebelalike.com with your order number and a photo. We cover the return cost and send a replacement or a full refund. In the EU you also have a two year legal guarantee of conformity.
Subscriptions
Subscription deliveries follow the same rules as any other order. You can skip, pause, change the frequency or cancel from your account at any time before your next order is processed.
